Our History
Edward Randolph founded F & W Electric Co in 1964 to preform electrical work in the Buffalo metropolitan area. The F & W in the company name stands for Ferry & Wohlers which was its location when the business was formed. From its inception, F & W Electric Co provided traditional service work support to contractors throughout Western New York (WNY).
During the 70’s Ed became part the initial group of African-American’s to be licensed in the city of Buffalo which created opportunity and expanded F&W Electric Co portfolio of services. As the company marks its 50th anniversary (2014), it is in the midst of another change. It is now renamed F & W Electric LLC and under second generation family ownership, with a new portfolio of products and services
